Dr. Susan Wynne specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents and adults, such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and ADHD. She offers evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy and consultation. She is a Board-Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. For parents with a child with mental health issues, you hope that a psychiatrist will make you and your family feel comfortable and secure, while providing quality care. Dr. Wynne strives to provide exemplary and professional treatment to her patients and their families.

Dr. Wynne received her medical degree from The University of Miami School of Medicine in Florida. She completed a Residency in Adult Psychiatry and a Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Tufts/New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to starting her private practice, she was on the faculty at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio and at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

Dr. Wynne is an Adjunct Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is a Past President of Texas Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and of Bexar County Psychiatric Society. 

We offer a range of services, including evaluation, medication management, psychotherapy and consultation for children, adolescents and adults.  A Psychiatric Evaluation can be helpful to identify issues causing distress and difficulty functioning. Medication may help to decrease troubling symptoms.

For patients with out-of-network insurance coverage, we can provide you with a receipt and you can file this with your insurance.

Dr. Susan Wynne charges the following fees for services:

• New Patient Evaluation 60 minutes:  $415

Dr. Wynne offers follow-up appointments, according to the needs of her patients:

• 30-minute appointment: $290
• 20-minute appointment: $175
• 15-minute appointment:  $160
• 60-minute appointment: $350
